This is a single servo mechanism that raises/folds four wings. This was originally designed for an Asuna Sword cosplay but it works well in lots of other applications. The wings are polycarbonate with a total span of about 62". Right now it's running on just 4.8V but it can run on up to 7.2V for faster movement. This mechanism is for a cosplayer’s anime character (Asuna Sword). All four wings move up/down and have a forward/back flapping motion. The packaging on this is pretty tough so it uses a single lead screw drive to lift all four wings simultaneously.
